Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and external factors such as weather or carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

We currently ship within the United States. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us directly for availability and rates.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier after they have been shipped. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you with a resolution.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
