Refund Policy
Overview
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Because American Mary is a consumable product made with real, natural ingredients, all sales are generally considered final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or compromised in a way that affects safety or quality.
Damaged, Leaking, or Compromised Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or unusable, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue. Once verified, we will offer either a replacement or a refund.
Quality & Shelf-Life Concerns
American Mary has an unopened shelf life of 18 months and should be refrigerated after opening.
If you believe your bottle is compromised, expired, or does not match the quality described on our FAQ page, please notify us promptly. We will review the issue and work with you on the appropriate resolution.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you received the wrong product or your order is incomplete, contact us within 48 hours so we can correct it quickly.
Returns on Consumable Goods
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used bottles. Unopened products may be considered on a case-by-case basis; however, return shipping fees may apply.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. If your order has already been fulfilled, we will do our best to assist where possible.
